The Old Manse Booking Conditions & Tariff - 2010 Room rates are based on two persons sharing a king-sized double or twin bedded rooms including full breakfast. A minimum two night stay is required at weekends throughout the year and all Bank Holidays.A minimum two nights stay is required for all bookings from 1st May to 30th September, however there may be occasions when single nights may be available. Please consult the availability listing on our website www.oldmansechatton.co.uk or Telephone 01668 215343 Rates Per Person Per Night Mansfield £42.00; Rosedale £45.00; Buccleuch Garden Suite £50.00 We do not have dedicated family or single rooms available. Single tariff is from £50.00 - £65.00 per night in Mansfield and Rosedale only, subject to availability. We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 14 years. Deposit A deposit of £80 per room is required within 5 Days of booking. No reservation will be deemed as being made until the deposit has been received. A confirmation letter will be sent to you and will act as a receipt. Deposit will be returned if full letting of the initial booking is covered. Cancellation of Booking In the event of cancellation all costs in relation to the booking will be payable if cancellation is within 14 days of arrival. We will endeavour to re-let the room and you will only be charged for periods not re-let. You are strongly advised to have adequate travel insurance cover in place to cover all eventualities. Please contact us for details if required. If for any reason we are unable to accommodate you i.e. unforeseen problems or circumstances, then we will arrange accommodation at the equivalent grading or tariff as near to The Old Manse as possible at the time of cancellation. Payment of Account Payment is by cheque, Sterling cash or Euros. We regret that we do not have credit card facilities. All cheques should be made payable to C. A. Lummis. Additional information Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building. Notices are in place and failure to adhere will result in prosecution as stated by Law. |
