The Old Manse Booking Conditions & Tariff..
Room rates are based on two persons sharing a king-sized double or twin bedded rooms including full breakfast. A minimum two night stay is required at weekends throughout the year and all Bank Holidays.
A minimum two nights stay is required for all bookings from 1st May to 31st October however there may be occasions when single nights may be available. Please consult the availability listing.
Rates
From £37.50 - £45.00 per person per night (tariff dependent on room available)
Mansfield/Rosedale Four Poster/Buccleuch Garden Suite
One night - £50.00 per person, subject to availability.
We do not have dedicated family or single rooms available. Single tariff is from £37.50 - £65.00 per night in a double room, subject to availability.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 14 years.
Assistance dogs only allowed in Buccleuch Suite and subject to availability. We regret that we are unable to accommodate any pets or animals within the building.
Deposit
A non-returnable deposit of £75 per room is required within 5 days of booking. No reservation will be deemed as being made until the deposit has been received. A confirmation letter will be sent to you and will act as a receipt.
Cancellation of Booking
In the event of cancellation all costs in relation to the booking will be payable. We will endeavour to re-let the room and any monies paid will be returned to you. You are strongly advised to have adequate travel insurance cover in place to cover all eventualities. Please contact us for details if required.
Payment of Account
Payment is by cheque, Sterling cash or Euros. We regret that we do not have credit card facilities. All cheques should be made payable to C. A. Brown.
Additional information
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building. Notices are in place and failure to adhere will result in prosecution as stated by Law.
A gift voucher can be purchased for a special event or memorable occasion. This must be to the value of one nights bed and breakfast accommodation and, must be redeemed within one year of purchase and is non-transferable.
