Your hostess has attended courses in the Welcome to Excellence suite, from customer care to those with special needs and requirements. Our Buccleuch Suite is all on one level and suitable for those with walking difficulties, the elderly and those with mobility problems and wheelchair users (with assistance). The lounge chairs are high and comfortable for easy access. The bed is twin or super king-sized and the suite is suitable for use as two separate rooms with facilities to cater for a carer or companion requiring privacy for both parties. Special dietary requests are catered for.
